Heading Block for Gutenberg

Heading

Almost all block pack has a heading block, and each one has some unique propositions. Check all heading blocks in one place.

1. Default Heading Block

Gutenberg Builder has an independent heading block. It allows you to create simple headings with all the basic settings. You can choose the heading level for H1 to H6 and align them as you need.

It also allows color for text, a background for the heading, and a link color. Except for those this module offers some other styling options like font size, weight, line height, letter spacing, etc.

The best part is that it has a margin padding option and a custom CSS class field. If you know coding, you can add a class and style it the way you want.

Why I like it-
Things I don’t like-
It’s Free and comes default.
Limited features.
It has the CSS class option.
Only 5 fonts are available by default.
The background has a gradient.
No image option for the background.

You can add subtitles before or after the main heading to organize your content better. One impressive feature is that Spectra allows headings to be in P or DIV tags, which is great for SEO.

The block also comes with separators that can be placed before or after the heading. When it comes to styling, you have extensive options for typography. You can style a single text within the heading using the highlighter feature. So emphasizing words is so easy with spectra heading.

That’s not all! You can create gradient colors in text and shadow to make the heading unique.

Every element is stylable here. Additionally, Spectra includes common features like background customization, spacing adjustments, animations, and conditions.

Why I like it-
Things I don’t like-

Extra element like subheading, separator extend design opputunity.
Cant use highlighter twice with different style.
